Description

Delicious soft egg noodles stir fried with meat of choice, oyster sauce, wombok, bok choy, and onion. Commonly used in Malaysian and Thai street food, the origins of these thick fresh egg noodles are Chinese. Said to be favoured noodle of the Hokkien Chinese, Hokkien noodles are ideal for stir fries. Hookein noodles intensify the overall flavour of a stir fry because they absorb and hold the sauce.
