Pad see ew (as it’s pronounced) is an extremely popular Thai street food, and is one of the most widely available noodle dishes in Thailand. Broad rice noodles stir fried with sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, bok choy, wombok, carrot and a hint of pepper.
